Quantity Unit Ingredient
- 0.67 Cup instant oats
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- cooking spray
Preheat oven 400-degrees. Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, combine first 9 ingredients. Mix well and set aside. Brush each chicken breast with dijon mustard. Add chicken to oat mixture with tongs and turn to coat both sides, or put in bag and shake. Place chicken on baking sheet and spray evenly with cooking spray. Bake 30 min until golden brown and cooked through.
